The prefabricated compact substation is an all-in-one factory assembled power distribution unit designed for outdoor applications. It integrates a medium voltage switchgear, an oil immersed or dry type transformer, and a low voltage distribution panel into a single weatherproof enclosure. The compact design eliminates the need for individual equipment rooms and reduces on-site civil works, allowing rapid deployment in areas where space is limited or construction time is critical.
Everything is pre-wired and factory tested before shipment. Upon arrival, only cable connections between the substation and the utility grid or load are required. This turnkey solution significantly reduces installation time and labor cost compared to traditional substations built on site.
The integrated design combines transformer, switchgear, and distribution panel in one enclosure, occupying up to 60 percent less space than traditional substations with separate equipment rooms.
Every unit undergoes full assembly and routine testing at our facility, ensuring all components work properly before delivery and eliminating on-site troubleshooting.
Only foundation preparation and cable connection are needed upon arrival, cutting installation time from weeks to days compared to stick-built substations.
Sourcing all major components from a single manufacturer simplifies procurement, ensures component compatibility, and provides single-point warranty responsibility.
The skid mounted or pad mounted design allows the substation to be lifted and moved to a new location when project requirements change, making it suitable for both permanent and temporary applications.
