Product Introduction
The structure of the pad-mounted transformer is divided into six parts: the transformer main body, high-voltage chamber, low-voltage chamber, detection chamber, switch operation chamber, and fuse chamber. It can be arranged in the shape of MU or PIN.
The high-voltage side adopts a terminal-type load switch with a fuse for protection, and the fuse is a full-range current-limiting protection fuse.
The load switch and fuse are installed in the transformer oil tank, and the insulating oil of the transformer is used as the insulating medium and heat dissipation medium. Overall, it has the advantages of a compact structure and good heat dissipation performance.
The outgoing line on the high-voltage side adopts a high-voltage dry-type bushing to support the copper busbar structure, which facilitates the connection of multiple cables. The outgoing line on the low-voltage side can be directly led out or configured with a low-voltage outgoing line scheme according to user requirements.
The door of the pad-mounted transformer adopts a windproof hinge. All doors on the cabinet open outwards, with an opening angle of not less than 90°, and are equipped with a positioning device. The doors are all sealed, fitted with door gaskets, have a buffering function, and are equipped with handles. The hidden doors are rainproof, anti-blocking, rust-proof, and anti-damage.
