High Voltage Drop Out Fuse Cutout is an essential protection device widely used in overhead power distribution systems. It is designed to disconnect faulty circuits automatically during overload or short circuit conditions, helping protect transformers, distribution lines, and electrical equipment from unexpected damage.

This fuse cutout is manufactured with durable porcelain or polymer insulation materials to ensure stable performance in outdoor environments. The strong weather resistance allows reliable operation in areas with high humidity, dust, rain, sunlight, and industrial pollution. The drop out structure makes fault indication visible and simplifies maintenance work for power utilities and electrical contractors.
Our fuse cutouts are suitable for 11kV, 24kV, 33kV, and 35kV distribution systems and can be customized according to different project requirements. The product features excellent mechanical strength, stable conductivity, easy installation, and long service life, making it a practical solution for urban and rural power grid projects.
At Zhejiang Shengxian Electric Technology Co., Ltd., we focus on providing reliable medium and high voltage electrical equipment for global customers. With years of manufacturing experience, professional testing procedures, and strict quality control, our products have been exported to power utility, industrial, and renewable energy projects in different countries.
We understand that every project has different technical and budget requirements, so our team supports OEM production, technical consultation, and flexible project solutions. Whether for utility substations, transformer protection, or overhead distribution networks, we aim to provide dependable products with stable quality and professional service.

Fuse Element: The fuse is equipped with a fuse element inside. When the current in the circuit exceeds the rated value, the fuse element will melt due to its own heat generation.
Arc Extinguishing: An electric arc will be generated after the fuse element melts. This fuse adopts a single-end downward exhaust design. By guiding the electric arc to the middle of the fuse tube and exhausting gas in one direction, the arc-extinguishing capability is improved, ensuring that the current is cut off quickly and reliably.
Drop Mechanism: After the fuse melts, due to the action of its own weight or a spring, the fuse tube will "drop" downward, forming an obvious disconnect point, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to judge whether the circuit breaker has operated and carry out visual inspection.
