Upon the product's arrival at the destination, the packaging should first be checked for any damage or integrity issues. Any problems should be promptly reported to the relevant departments for tracing the cause. For products not to be installed immediately, they should be placed in an appropriate location according to the regulations of normal use conditions.
1. Product Installation The installation of the product should be carried out as per the installation diagram (see attached figure 2). The base channel steel and bolts must be provided by the user. When installing the main busbar, ensure that the joint surfaces are smoothed and cleaned, treated with neutral vaseline or other measures, and then fastened with bolts. 2. Before the product is put into operation after installation, the following items need to be checked and tested:
(1). Check if the paint on the cabinet body has peeled off, and if the inside is dry and clean.
(2). Whether the operating mechanism of the electrical components is flexible, there should be no sticking or excessive operating force.
(3). Whether the on and off of the main and auxiliary contacts of the main electrical equipment are reliable and accurate.
(4). Whether the instrument indication and the ratio and polarity of the current transformer are correct.
(5). Whether the busbar connection is good, and whether the insulating support parts, mounting parts, and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.
(6). Whether the auxiliary contacts meet the requirements, whether the fuse core specifications are correct, whether the relay setting values meet the design requirements, and whether the action is reliable and accurate.
(7). Whether the contacts of the circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.
(8). Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements.
(9). Measure the insulation resistance value with a 500-volt megohmmeter, which should not be less than 1 megohm.
