The ring main unit equipped with the FZN-12/630 type vacuum load switch should be able to meet all the corresponding technical requirements of the FZN-12/630 type vacuum load switch.
1. Ingoing cabinet scheme The main circuit in the cabinet has one FZN-12/630 type vacuum load switch, which is equipped with an isolating knife, and optionally a grounding knife, all mounted on a single frame and interlocked with each other. Thus, operations for connecting the busbar, isolation, and earthing can be realized. Inside the cabinet, elements such as CT and PT can be flexibly installed.
2. Outgoing cabinet scheme The main circuit in the cabinet has one FZN-12/630 type vacuum load switch, a fuse with striker (acting as a disconnecting switch), and a grounding knife, which also allows for three-position operation. Ambient temperature upper limit +40°C, lower limit -25°C; Altitude does not exceed 4000m; Relative humidity of the air does not exceed 95% daily average, 90% monthly average; Daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2×10⁻³Mpa, monthly average does not exceed 1.8×10⁻³Mpa; The surrounding air is not subject to corrosion or significant pollution by combustible gases, water vapor, etc.; No frequent violent vibrations.

After unpacking, all insulating parts should be inspected. For components that have obviously absorbed moisture, they should be removed, placed in an oven at 70 - 80°C, and baked for 48 hours. During storage of the product, if dampness or corrosion is found, it should be cleaned immediately, and after cleaning, protective measures should be taken. Routine maintenance inspections should be conducted for the operating ring main unit:
(1). Vacuum degree of the vacuum arc chamber;
(2). Condition of contact wear;
(3). Whether mechanical fasteners are loose;
(4). Mechanical and electrical parameters such as opening overtravel.
(5). Whether the operating rotation is flexible;
(6). Whether the interlocking is reliable;
(7). Whether all parts, especially the insulating parts, are clean. A comprehensive inspection and adjustment of the ring main unit should be carried out in the following situations:
(01). Annual routine inspection and cleaning;
(02). After every 2000 operations of the load switch.
